What counts as a report?
A released report. You’re billed per report — a higher tier lowers the per-report rate. Change or cancel anytime. Your first report is free. Add a card whenever you like — you only need one to release the second.
- A report is one accession. A 40-sample order is 40 reports.
- Controls are wells in a run — never reports.
- Drafts, orders and runs in progress cost nothing. Billing happens on release.
- Plan changes are not retroactive: the new rate applies to reports released from now on.
- Unlimited means the per-report price is $0. Volume never changes the bill.
- No card until your second report.

Five components — Pathogen Information, Drug Recommendations, Recommended Medications, ABR, Pharmacist Review — each priced as a percentage of the base report price and applied independently, so the bill only carries the components you switch on. It isn’t self-serve, because clinical guidance on a patient report shouldn’t be. We set it up with you.

What counts as a report?

When am I billed?
On release — the same moment the free-report counter counts. Drafts, orders and runs in progress cost nothing.
What happens above Unlimited volume?
Nothing — flat rate, reports included; the per-report price is $0. Rate cards support volume bands and per-test overrides — ask us and we’ll write the number down before you move, not after.
Is an amended report (v2) billed again?
No. Charging to correct a result discourages corrections, and that is a patient-safety argument before a commercial one.
Does the free report expire?
No.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. The new rate applies to reports released from now on.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. Unlimited users on every plan.
Do I need a card to start?
No. First report free; a card is needed to release the second.
What if my card fails?
A report already released is never held over a card decline. Billing retries and notifies you.
What about taxes and currency?
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT / sales tax, which is added at the applicable local rate at billing.
Do you support multi-site labs?
One lab account per license number (CLIA in the US).
What happens to my data if I leave?
CSV export from every table, and your released PDFs are yours. Cancel anytime.
