The help pages, out in the open.
These pages mirror Help inside the app — the four-move daily loop and the seven-step first-report guide — so your team can read them without an account and link to them from anywhere. Every article ends where you would want it to: on the exact screen in the app.
The daily loop, in the product’s own words.
Most days in the app are four moves, and the description under each is quoted from the product’s own Help page — not paraphrased for a brochure. Each link opens that step in the app.
Raise an order
“Upload the sample manifest, pick the report options, preview the invoice and pay. You can Save as draft at any step and finish later.”
Review the run
“The lab processes samples in PCR runs. Check the controls, mark QC pass or fail, and release the results.”
Read an accession
“Every sample has its own result detail — targets, Ct values and the call — and its own downloadable report.”
Settle the invoice
“Billing totals, per-test breakdowns and payment status for each invoice.”
Five articles for the places people pause.
Each of these exists because somebody stalled there. If your stall isn’t on the list, tell us and it will be.
Your first report
Seven short steps from a blank lab to a released report. The first one is free.
Setting CT cutoffs
Lower and Upper CT bounds per target, from your own validation — and why the catalogue refuses to guess them.
Your declaration text
The methodology and limitations wording that prints on the report, with the merge keys that fill in per report.
Manifest format & sample files
The fourteen manifest columns, a skip-rows note, and two fictional files to run the whole loop.
Verification code not arriving
Where the six-digit code hides, how to resend or change the address, and a person to email.
The same guide lives in the app.
Help inside the app is contextual; these pages are its public mirror, so a “Learn more” link still opens for someone who has never signed in. Anything they don’t answer goes to a person.
