Why this isn’t a LIS →

Everything between the run and the signed report.

One workflow for molecular reporting, from the order manifest to the released PDF. Each part has its own page with the details.

Built for the people at the bench.

  • Import multiple manifests
  • Update accessions in bulk
  • Reuse plate layouts
  • Keyboard shortcuts keep work moving
  • Draft orders pick up where you left off
  • Tables that work on a phone as well as a desktop

Every release starts with the right checks.

See exactly what needs attention before a report leaves.

QC must pass, every result needs a call, and required lab details must be complete. Re-importing results resets the calls, so each release reflects the current run.

Is there an override? “No. Not a hidden one, not an admin one. There is an amendment, and an amendment leaves a trail. That’s the design.”

The release gate checks the things a checklist can check. It never second-guesses your call.

Corrections with a clear history.

Every amendment creates a new report version with a required reason, author, and timestamp. The updated report identifies the version it supersedes. Order, run, and specimen links stay read-only, preserving the original record.

The answers your compliance officer will ask for.

Your data comes out as CSV from every table, whenever you like, so the exit is always open.

  • Where does patient data live, and who can read it?

Data handling is HIPAA-compliant, and we’ll put the specifics in writing before you upload anything — including whether we’ll sign what your compliance officer needs.

  • What do I hand an inspector?

A branded PDF report per accession, versioned when amended, with who changed what and when. Controlled records — CT cutoffs, permissions — carry an audit trail, and every table exports to CSV.

  • Can I evaluate this without PHI?

Yes, and you should. Sign in to a deliberately blank demo lab, or use the de-identified sample manifest we supply, and go all the way to a released report without a single patient on our side.

The report is the product. It prints on your letterhead.

Author the template in HTML and CSS with a live preview, and let merge tokens fill in the client, the test, the lab and the date. Then assign it per test, per client, or set the one default that catches everything else. Every accession shows exactly which template it will print with, and the released report renders as a branded PDF: your logo, your director, your declaration. Add the stewardship layer and the clinician gets pathogen context and medication guidance on the same page.
