Verification code not arriving.

Sign-up confirms your address with a 6-digit code before the account exists — the form’s own notice reads: “We’ll email you a 6-digit code to confirm this address. No card needed — your first report is free.” When the code doesn’t show, it is almost always in one of four places. Take them in order.

Four places to look

  1. Spam, junk and the promotions tab

Search your mailbox — all folders — for PCR Lab Pro. A six-digit code from an address you have never received mail from is precisely the kind of message spam filters were built to doubt.

  2. The company mail filter

On a workplace address, quarantine can hold the message before your inbox ever sees it. Check the quarantine digest, or ask whoever runs the filter to allow mail from pcrlabpro.com.

  3. Resend it

The sign-up screen offers Resend code once its short countdown runs out. Codes expire — the app will tell you so in as many words — so always enter the code from the newest email.

  4. Use a different email

The same screen has a Use a different email path. Sign up with any address you can open right now — your user id can be changed later from Account, and that change confirms with a one-time code of its own.

The code arrived, but it won’t go through

It says the code has expired.
Codes are short-lived on purpose — the app’s line is “That code has expired. Request a new one.” Press Resend code and type the code from the newest email; an older message’s code is the usual culprit.
It says too many incorrect codes.
After repeated wrong entries the form stops accepting guesses: “Too many incorrect codes. Request a new one.” Request a fresh code and enter it from the newest email.
Can I finish sign-up now and fix the address later?
Yes. Your user id is the address you sign in with, and you can change it later from Account — the change confirms with a one-time code of its own.

If it still won’t come.

Write to support@pcrlabpro.com with the address you signed up under and roughly when, and a person will look. Nothing is half-made in the meantime: the sign-up screen itself says “Your account is created once it checks out” — until a code checks out, there is no account to untangle.
